Hot Shots Age Group: 3.5 & 4 Beginner Level Ratio 1:6

Monday
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm

This 45-minute class is for the 3.5 to 4 year old child who is ready to participate in gymnastics. It offers a variety of FUN and challenging activities with an emphasis on learning coordination, various body positions and basic progression skills on the vault, bars, balance beam and the floor. In addition, this class will help the child with developing early life skills such as listening/following directions, turn taking skills and making new friends.

Mini Rollers Age Group: 5 & 6 Beginner Level Ratio 1:8

Tuesday
4:45 pm - 5:40 pm

This 55 minute class is for the 5 & 6 year old child who is excited to participate in class once a week. This beginner level class is an introduction to the basics on bars, beam, floor and vault thru FUN recreational gymnastics. It offers a variety of FUN and challenging activities with an emphasis on learning coordination, various body positions and basic progression skills on the vault, bars, balance beam and the floor. In addition, this class will help the child with developing early life skills such as listening/following directions, turn taking skills and making new friends.

Mighty Rollers Age Group: 7 to 10 Beginner Level Ratio 1:8

Thursday 4:45 pm - 5:40 pm

This 55 minute class is for the 7 to 10 year old child who is excited to participate in class once a week. This beginner level class is an introduction to the basics on bars, beam, floor and vault thru FUN recreational gymnastics. It offers a variety of FUN and challenging activities with an emphasis on learning coordination, various body positions and basic progression skills on the vault, bars, balance beam and the floor. From this stage in development, a gymnast will progress to the advanced beginner levels.

Advanced Girls Level A (Invite Only) Ratio 1:10

Wednesday 6:15 pm - 7:45 pm Thursday (Starting Sept. 2026) 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm

Must have previous gymnastics experience. This class is for the gymnast that chooses to grow in her gymnasts skill portfolio without the desire to compete her skills. Ages considered for the program start at age 6 and up. A Gymnast must demonstrate her desire to progress by showing age-appropriate focus and a good work ethic. This 90-minute class will be coached according to their skill level. A strong skill progression and emphasis on personal growth.

Intermediates (Invite Only) Ratio 1:10

Tuesday 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm

Must have previous gymnastics experience. Ages considered for the program start at age 7 and up. Many of the Bronze Level skills are first introduced in this level. In order to progress to the next level, an Intermediate Level athlete must consistently perform all of the skills required before moving on to the next level. In addition to the skills required, the gymnast must demonstrate her desire to progress by showing age-appropriate focus and a good work ethic. Gymnasts will not move up until each skill and self discipline is achieved.

Advanced Beginner Level B (Invite Only) Ratio 1:10

Monday 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Wednesday 4:45 - 6:15

Must have previous gymnastics experience. This class is part of our developmental program. Ages considered for the program start at age 5 to 10. The main focus will be on developing strength, flexibility, and reinforcing the proper body positions. We will build on previously learned skills in the beginner level classes. In order to progress to the next level, an athlete must consistently perform all of the skills required before moving on to the next level. In addition to the skills required, the gymnast must demonstrate her desire to progress by showing age-appropriate focus and self discipline is achieved.
