Below is an outline of the Terms and Policies you must agree to when enrolling your child or children at Strive Gymnastics Academy.

Students may enter the program at anytime.  This is not a session based program.  Strive Gymnastics Academy is a year round program with a flat rate monthly tuition. The program is based on an average of four classes per month. If five classes are available, tuition does not increase. If three classes are available, tuition does not decrease.

Once tuition is charged for the upcoming month, you have committed for that month. A refund will NOT be issued if you withdraw earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance. A 30 day Drop Request must be submitted with a Drop Request Form. Please do not send your child to the front desk or tell their coach they will not be returning. Parent to Management communication is the only acceptable process.

Monthly Class Tuition - Due on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month.  All prices include SD sales tax.

Non-Payment - If payment has not been made by the 1st of the month, the student WILL NOT be automatically dropped from the class. A 30 day Drop Request is required.  There will be a $10.00 late fee after the 4th of the month. No Exceptions unless you make arrangements with management.

Extreme Weather & Cancellations There will be occasional days that will prevent us from having classes. We have many families that travel from the surrounding communities so in an effort to keep our families safe the following policy has been updated. “If the Beresford School District dismisses early or cancels due to poor weather conditions, gymnastics classes are canceled as well. Cancellations will be announced on our facebook page and messages will be sent through email. Please call us if you are in doubt. We will try our best to get a make up class scheduled but there is no gaurantee on weather cancellations. You may be issued a refund for the class missed or a complimentary open gym pass instead. We simply do not have the time slots available to schedule a make-up class.
